A rookie writer's attempts to get his work read by the general public. My focus is High Action Fantasy, I call it Deep Fantasy. My work aims to surprise and please, heroes become villains, villains become heroes, and there's no guaruntee the monsters are that monstrous. See you between the pages.
Description of my work
My novel, the Sword in the Snow, follows the hero Kalo as he latches himself onto a mysterious stranger in the hopes that she shall lead him to the man against whom he swore a most vicious pact of revenge.
He is joined on this journey by a variety of characters. There is his resourceful sister Nina, part dancer, part huntress, all innocence and all hunted by the merciless half boar rapist Swyndo Hroarg. There is Astrean, the brilliant mercenary strategist with an astounding heritage. Pamela, a heartless warrior woman whose passion for Kalo encourages a bitter rivalry with Kara, the beautiful woman who captures his heart. Dalaran the ice cold Koren warrior who will die before he sees his princess wounded, and Fial, a nine year old sword fighting prodigy whose inner fire is matched only by the shining red flash of her hair, to name a few.
All these characters and more will be dragged into Kalo's search for vengeance, which will prove to be only a gateway into the war that will determine the fate of a kingdom.

What this blog is about
All right, here's how it works. Every now and then I'm gonna paste a chunk of my novel right here in the hopes that any, many or all of my fans (or randoms, as the case may be) will read it and give me some constructive criticism. If you're one of the few (3) people to have actually read a decent part of my work, or of the 3 people (not all the same ones) to have had a hand in editing it, feel free to suggest parts that I should post in order to get more criticism on them.
